I OC my GPU to 900/1300 mhz, but the clock is stuck at 157/300 even when im running Furmark...

As attached i run a furmark 1.10.3 to test my gpu. i investigate a little but didnt found a solution to the problem.
I OC my GPU to 900/1300 mhz, but the clock is stuck at 157/300 even when im running Furmark... can u guys help me solve this. Attached thumbnail(s)
