Hi Guys,

Want to ask sumting.

Based on the spareparts price list guide that being posted at first page (http://dl.dropbox.com/u/17712648/Saga%20Pricelist/Saga%20BLM%201.3%20M-line%20%28M%29.pdf), which one actually is the IAFM thingy?

Because I try to search it and can't found it.

My 2010 Saga BLM is having the famous "Tak tak tak" sound so I have ask the SC. ( I didn't bring the car as it at my hometown right now)

They said maybe due to 2 things, 1 is IAFM and another thing is the some valve things (dunno the correct terms).

When ask the quote about the price, they said it rm1++ for the valve, and rm5++ for IAFM.

Is it the correct price or being slaughter here?

Need advice from you guys.

Thanks,

1) Canister purge valve(Pictar too big, click spoiler to see)

It's well above 100 + labor charge.

2) Intake Air Fuel Module - IAFM

I heard the module alone cost 400, with labor got up to 500 is not a surprise

They're not slaughtering you. However, most IAFM problem was the purge valve instead of the module itself.

Thanks for the advice.

Because before this I remember I read in Saga BLM thread VXX (forgot already) that some one encounter this issue and only being charge RM250 for replace the IAFM module so thats why I'm ask here to confirm it back.

Seems like need to book CoE to have it be check next week...... moneyflies.gif moneyflies.gif moneyflies.gif moneyflies.gif

Later will post in [WTS] since kenot be use yawn.gif
No more warranty meh? IAFM supposed to be included in the 3 years limited warranty rite hmm.gif

That one I'm not so sure since I only service the first 3 free service at the SC and others I do it outside at my family mechanic.

Need to confirm back with the SC people.

But when I buy it, the SA said I need to follow the first 3 service only and the rest can be done outside but warranty still valid.

Dunno which one is true......
