I personally don't believe any GaGa can consume more then 10km/litre. IINM, you have trouble filling your top bar most of the time as it will only appear 5 box on the indicator most of the time, correct? Do you know even the fuel pump auto disengaged, you can still manually pump in slowly to add in another litre or more, to fill it to the brim?

If I leave it auto disengage when filling up, most of the time my 1st bar can only last 30km. However, if I push in until petrol spill out, I can do about 70km on the 1st bar Regular/mostly town driving lar, but drive like oppa apek style
