Dear all,

I am wondering which lappy(COMPAQ or DELL) is better in terms of quality, customer service and warranty.If possible can you guys state the pros and cons of both laptop brands.

me neither...
it seem dell offered a very good spec, value for money...
unlike HP & Compact.

But HP still the leading in servers and workstation based.

dell is not very good,but if u are wiling to pay to extend the warranty,its just the after sales service is good.
but not sure about compaq as im also imterested in the turion.

compaq is cheaper for it's lower end model

like celeron?

compare compaq n dell....i will says dell as dell have its 2nd party service technical ready nationwide....

for service support dell wins
but for quality?

DELL= Dun Expect Long Lasting...Only downside for Dell is the build quality

then get compaq lor..
