then u will see whether your modem really log on DC or single C

1) Turbo 3G+ should be DC-HSPA+ but sometime it may not depends on network

2) Yup, 3G stuff is very dependent, recently my area keep heavy thunderstorm I had been facing this as well

Fully switch to external

actual fact is once CRC9 been plug in the external antenna hole, the Huawei Set E372 will auto switch to external antenna and internal one no longer work until the CRC9 been unplug 

SO far Best tweak for Panel antenna + E372 ( 33TX )+ TL_MR3420 router ( openwrt  ) 
Speed auto pick  up and stable
