yea my stability consistency after using antenna with zte mf680 is as high as 99%

after adding panel , my consisency stability is higher than before even in bad weather super heavy rain/thunderstorm ,. heat wise, not an issue for me at all using coolerpad + usb fan both blowing together,. and i place them in corner where the wind flow very strong too

it is normal, when i start my IDm download sometimes ping will shoot up to 200~500ms, it is very normal especially when u uploading file,


my example:

ping will raise :

- when your Download & upload speed either one or both running nearly @ max ( Max in your available connection from your area base station )

- when u upload huge big file

- when tower congested/super busy

- when weather is super bad affected the SNR ( sound and noise ratio ) measurement of your signal

just remember to limit any of your software upload speed, so your ping will be maintain low and Download speed will increase


before using panel antenna from blacktubi, ping even higher than what u see in screenshot, and now after using, ping consider much lower already during heavy Download session

Added on November 18, 2012, 3:19 amyou should place the usb fan blowing from either of the zte mf680 side, can remove the sim card cover, it will help,..

blowing from the side of external antenna hole or the microsd memory card slot, the wind will penetrate better compare to just blowing like in your photo

yea that way will able to hit the heat inside,.. i have try to open front cover, but once the second silver antenna on cover been remove, signal & speed both drop tremendously, i am still finding a way to on how to open front cover,.

open both back cover is the only option for now,.. too bad front part is the real hot part,.. will post and share if i find any way to tackle it

u can test, midnight hour ping is normally better than day time hours,.

yea still working like a charm even in super bad weather/heavy rain/ super strong wind / thunderstorm & lightning as well my connection never change a bit

i use it in thunderstorm / lightning before

when my panel antenna arrive, my area been raining/lightning for 1 weeks +,..

so i can say this panel is amazing,.

if the connector is fit, it should work like the way it will ,..

this panel is much stronger than a few previous antenna i had tried,

well i can;t comments on that, ( believe you know the reason why ),.

i just say is quite the best one so far in a few antenna i have try,..

plus is easier to aim for direction dont need to be precise sharp on angle compare to yagi

this panel antenna revive my handicap/death maxis set E372 for sure,

E372 is amazing when plug in CRC9, it auto switch to external and that's the reason my maxis set E372 alive again

and performs amazing too

Panel ANtenna ( inside of window ) -> TS-9 -> ZTE MF680 -> TL-MR3420 V2 -> Lan cable to PC

but u must point the panel in correct direction,..

then u will feel " Fibre like" conenction in speedy loading websites compare to before,
