u said can charge to 3 or 4 time

Try again then. Make sure your tab is switch off when u charge it.

sry i didnt switch off the tab now try fully charge the power bank 1st.
1st time charge the power bank almost 3day now try the original asus adapter n cable.

Your tab is which model actually? U may use your own direct mini usb cable, would charge the power bank much faster

same situation can charge 2 time for my galaxy tab 7.0 plus .
i exchange the charge now can fully charge the power bank 24hour.

Nevermind since I said it wrongly then you return it back to me I bear the postage fees and refund you the amount.
