i have p8z77-v lx mobo from asus..
at the bios got software that u can OC ur cpu...
is that ok 2 use??
and how per CORE value i need 2 put??

It's not a "software". It's just BIOS overclocking. A software requires you to install, and allows you to overclock from within Windows.

Overclocking is best achieved from the BIOS, so yes. As for how, see this:

should be uefi bios.
