My nexus 10 just came today. Unfortunately it has some serious backlight bleeding issues & 1 stuck pixel. Anyone has this problem?

Hi guys,

Future Nexus 10 user here. Just ordered a unit from Dark Devon.

http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2617813/all

Anyone here also bought from her? Hope to get hands on it real soon.

Quick check with you guys. Do Nexus 10 also come with a 3-pins a.k.a UK plug adapter in the box? I understand that it will only come with a 2-pin plug adapter which suit more for US. At the same time i also read from a blog saying that it is coming with a 3-pins adapter.

http://blog.apedroid.com/2012/11/nexus-10-...first-look.html

Kind of confuse.  rclxub.gif

Depends on which store u bought the nexus. If frm Google play UK u'll get the 3-pin, US u'll get 2-pin.
But since u get frm Dark Devon, u'll get the 2-pin cuz she order frm US

I had use "Simple Image Wallpaper Pro" before, it was actually a live wallpaper, I actually a bit regret to buy it and now no longer use due to it need to reload every time you rotate from landscape to potrait and v/s.
You need to find Google Chrome Beta at www.google.com, then you will seen the link to let you open via Play Store to download and install.

Now I am back to latest final build of 25.0.1364.123, it was running smooth than current beta 26.xxx smile.gif

Thanks for the tips. I also cannot find the beta on playstore. but one think i dont like about Chrome is it seems to downscale the resolutions to 1200 x 700 so the text is not as crisp as on Dolphin & firefox which use native resolution 2560 x 1600

Downscale? I don't think so.

It was same for me in Chrome or Firefox.

If u look @ the font carefully u can see the different. Dolphin & firefox are very rich & crisp while chrome is a bit blur

The native AOKP/AOSP/CM 10.1 was showing resolution of 2560 x 1600............. hmmm... something not correct lei.

I know Nexus 10 was 2560 x 1600, but due to the space use by Status Bar + Navigation bar (for size I set), the resolution of 2560 x 1540 was correct.

Possible the detection in-accurate? Java script issue?

Chrome - 1280 x 770
Firefox - 2560 x 1540
Browser - 2560 x 1600
Edit: It seems Chrome always show half resolution, in my S III, detect as 360 x 640 while native browser show 720 x 1280. I can seen slightly different in my S III, native much clear and sharp. Don't care la, not really important and it not really harm a lot.

I believe its depend on the apps that u run.
The apps developer already set what resolution will be used by the apps.

Juz like when running HD game it will automatically switch to 720p resolutions from 1600p

By default nexus 10 native resolution is 2560 x 1504 if u set it on landscape mode & 1600 x 2464 on portrait mode

I think everyone is pretty much busy with their new phone. I think the most popular rom is AOKP PUB by Mr.Robinson

Just like Andrewtst said, stability issues. I experienced random reboot at least 1 per day. Using AOKP + custom kernal. I think nexus 7 more stable than nexus 10.
