Charging time takes quite a long time, will probably charge b4 sleep and unplug in the morning.

For sure the new one would cost a lot more, expect around RM1500-1600 from AP sellers. Compare that to the first generation Nexus 10 which costs only RM8XX

No. it's does matter. nexus devices must be developer friendly hardware. why everyone always said Snapdragon, coz Qualcomm open source to dev community while Exynos or Tegra just partial release and make it hard for dev.
