I am a victim from Villaria PJ after the developer 'digulung'. I was mailed to attend the meeting set by the new developer, Masteron Sdn Bhd this coming Saturday. Anyone gonna attend? Any comments? Bcoas really scare to be cheat another time.

thats a good news, masteron is the developer built the koi series condo in puchong, not too bad i would say...where is the condo actual location?

Check with my agent friend. Masteron going to rebuild next year. Whoever want to continue need to top up some $. Who don't want to continue ... pls pm maybe I can take over the unit.

Sorry for bumping this thread. I saw still got several unsold unit that sell by masteron. The price is from 365k - 375k for 999 sqft depend on floor and got 1 car park. Is it a good buy ? But the design looks old.
Im comparing between prima alam damai and this. Prima apartment just about the same price but its new. |
