u mean the normal navigation, not the voice turn by turn navigation right?
*
voice turn by turn navigation already using it long long time ago. official apk from PLAY Store is locked for Malaysia. google search for unlock version maps.apk Ownhere Mod (aka brutt.all)

thanks for the info. i will wait for it and reconsider in between N4 and Note 2.

Hopefully price does matter the big different.

my guess is...
if compare in RRP, the gap might huge for me:
Note 2: RRP RM2,299
Nexus 4: RRP RM1,???

it's google phone/tablet. It will always be cheaper. Look at the history of all google nexus product. It has always been cheaper than other brands. I think it part of google's strategy to get more "modder community"  to play with their nexus brand.

Logically thinking, google is trying to pass down their expertise to different mobile maker. Look at how they jump with different brand each time they release a brand new model. From HTC to Samsung to Asus to LG. So their idea is two fold. Pass down android making technology or expertise to brand maker and also sell it cheap so that more people adopt their android OS. This has been proven a successful method and you bet they will continue to do so.

that's right. next 1, might either Sony or Motorola thumbup.gif

Yup, just an adapter will do. Unfortunately, only Asus confirmed on international warranty. LG may not offer the same for N4.

good for Asus user. even samsung also don't have international warranty, haih...

some sad report, hope it's not happen at LG Malaysia.

Spanish retailer suspends plans to sell Nexus 4 because LG will be selling the device at a much higher price than Google PLAY Store. LG RRP = €599 (~RM2,345)

so everyweek update is good ????
for me i prefer stable and reliable, then update piece by piece

meant the developer are committed on constantly update, is good sign.
everyweek is for latest new features add and fix, optimization.
if you want stable and reliable, there is also stable update in monthly basic.

just like AOKP, nighties update frequently and M1, M2.... for stable build.

Lets just say, he is in US and he bought one for himself. It will only cost $349 for 16gb? No taxes or delivery charges?
*
yes, there is. taxes are various depend on which state of delivery address. beside PLAY store, can opt for other US retailer.

But as i know it is onli apply in US and certain country that play store device purchase is available, otherwise the price will be atleast double up
*
if you don't care about after sales warranty, use US proxy to buy at PLAY, or other US online store and using third party courier service's address like borderlink, shipitto, etc... most of their warehouse at taxes free state. they ship international.
