i would recommend fujimi evo kit.......
easy to build........

well
i would say
get a plain looking car first........
stock car......then get 1000, 1200, 1500, 2000 gritt sandpaper
and those very rough one ( to remove mould line) usually a fine line at edges of the car model.....

then sand it , then 'licin'kan using 1200, 1500 sandpaper......
then use primer and spray one heavy coat......
next use the desired color .......mist coat x2 and two heavy coat
then apply decals ( cut and soak in water and take out..then apply on body)
then after dry completely
clear coat and let it dry a few days....

then carefully wetsand from 1000 to 2000 sandpaper, then polish...

u can go tamiya underground and get it........

primer is for the paint to grip...
primer got light color primer which suits light colors like yellow, pearl white...

dark color primer will cause color be darker a bit.....

bought online before, model RM 30, shipment RM 30

we don't call them stickers la
call them decals

in that case suggest you get those rally cars.. then u can potong those decals and make street versions of it
RM 100 for model kits and paints quite impossible

cause first timer u need to buy lots of tools

1) brushes
2) tamiya x20 a enamel thinner
3) enamel colors
4) marker pens
5) sandpaper ( low gritt , 1000, 1500, 2000)
6) polishing compound
7) good polishing cloth
8) can sprays

x20a thinner= RM 25
one bottle of enamel color : RM 5 ( will need few basic colors, flat black,
                                                  silver,..and depends on ur needs)
tamiya can sprays : RM 29.90
if you don't want use RM 5 also can but need becareful
polishing cream: soft99 (RM 15.90)
good polishing clothes: get microfiber one (RM 7.90 for two piece)
sandpaper : got ACMS hardware shop and buy (price varies between
                                                                    diff gritt)
oh ya ! masking tape: get tamiya one (RM 10 to RM 20)

if got nff money get airbrush....i see a lot of advantage from it.....although starting expnsive but save a lot of paint and thinner !!!
