Talk to your loved ones or someone close to you. or even seek for professional help. share your problems. keeping things to yourself will only make it worst. Do things that can / will take your mind off. Find happiness (love, doing charity work, etc). Read motivational/inspirational stories/quotes. Listen to songs which can lift up your spirit.
ps: this is what I do when I feel suicidal once in a blue moon.
