They're opening up an OZ server soon, i was wondering if anyone is in beta/interested to play this game?

I am in the beta now, and to be honest, it is not looking good. The performance issue is the main problem here, as i am running with 20fps in heavy battles.

Gameplay wise, it is fun as hell, just like Battlefield, but much larger in scale. Business model wise, i think it alright, but being a free to play game, it is difficult to fully enjoy one without paying for something.

Are there many players on the beta? BTW this game is looking good and never ending battles

same haha, 20-30 fps in really intense battles with everything maxed out and my rig is not exactly low end.

is there a leveling system? or is it unlocking class/weapon feature?

yeah, they call it "cert". basically you play the game alot and you get points to invest in better weapons, Armour, abilities etc.

yeap i'm in the beta, it's tonnes of fun really. but yeah, the fps problem is somewhat less satisfactory..

same problem here..i get lag when i drive a jet

i got the same cpu as you, and because the game is cpu bound and not gpu bound, expect the fps to drop to 30-40 in intense battles.

still waiting for my beta key, somemore open beta soon 20/11/2012

I have no interest in OZ servers as population wise, it will suffer as in the long run, the servers will be dead. The lag are easy to overcome, its a matter of practice

the last update and all was a whooping 5 GIGS. ah darn.

Confirmed playing. Tried US server. Client unstable and lots of retarded stuff happened. Enjoyed the concept and ran over some Vanus and NC. Interested in joining an outfit for Oz server but since patch so big, I haven't had time to test out ping.
