same as puri aiyu condo nearby...after jmb discuss with syabas & tnb the rate not same as commercial & lebih sket dari residential....
residential < X < commercial nak update sket...puri aiyu condo water rate before discuss with syabas is rm2.23/m3 (commercial rate) but turun to rm1.83/m3 (now) and latest jmb meeting new rate is rm1.38/m3....
