I recommend you to use the free app K9 Mail. It is "hundred " times better than the default email app which is just hopelessly basic without much features

With K9 mail , you can :

1. Setup multiple email accounts and have mails recieved together in one window or view them according to account
2. Display format - set different font sizes to all mail features eg from, to, title, message contents, etc
3. Setup mail checking /refresh time
4. Setup whether mail be deleted from server after download or sync server deletions
5. Batch management of emails - useful when you have a lot of emails

This is not the easiest way but still can say is pretty easy. Actually all present rooting methods are easy. Only a dumbo will say is difficult
Read my blog in post #4 for a easier method. Or read all the 3 methods and see which you are more comfortable with

Odin is software to flash rom, kernel , modem in PC
Omega 5 is custom rom

please read the 1st page.there is a post teach u to switch ur external sd to internal.
