Make sure check all the firmware n do all the test to make sure ur phone is all good. Else like my case, 2 hours after I left maxis I realize camera gt problem. Went to maxis demand for exchange, they say they dont do replacement n ask me to go sme. Went sme, they say must wait atleast 2 weeks for replacement set. for sure, the common staff won't knew about these n will not entertain our claim.

N the funny part is, sme admit thst the phone is defect out of the box but they doesnt want to exchange a new 1 for me on the spot. I feel cheated by the way maxis n sme do their things. All they want is sales, they will throw u to diff dept, company whn ur phone has any problem.
So make sure u check the phone properly b4 u pay n leave the shop. Lesson learnt ; (
Im going to file a complaint to malaysia consumer right association about my problem... sigh
