OK, added 4 of my favourite apps into the multi-windows now.
Hopefully there is something can be developed future to delete those irrelevant stock apps in the list. |

I don't know why people compare it to future battery's life, everything has life span la. Even we get older everyday.
I think it is not fair to give your argument in that way. As of now, we are satisfied with the battery life. This post has been edited by fruitie: Oct 28 2012, 02:26 AM |

Averagely mine is 20-22 hours.
Added on October 28, 2012, 2:33 am QUOTE(waveweaver @ Oct 28 2012, 02:30 AM) Yeap..agreed. My Note1 battery nearly one year old. If change new can get extra ummphj. Yeah, if it can't retain the charge anymore, then just buy a new battery. Case solved. But the true advantage using Samsung phones is you can easily buy extra spare batteries. So..no need to worries This post has been edited by fruitie: Oct 28 2012, 02:33 AM |

QUOTE(fghvbn @ Oct 30 2012, 02:24 PM) 32GB is still easy to find and the price doesn't vary much but not 64GB. I got my 64GB from Sri Computer for RM 215, 2 weeks ago. That time Viewnet and All IT were running out of stock. 2 days after I bought somebody reported here that Sri Computer has raised the price to RM 250, if I remember correctly. |

My battery is not good these 2 days. Like today I was busy working, no time to play with my phone but only left 15% when I left office at 8.30 p.m.
The strangest thing is I checked on my battery stat it shows PPTV is the one hogs most of my battery juice, 58% but it wasn't running on the background. How can this happen ya? Since I seldom use this app, I have uninstalled it. |

QUOTE(joytest @ Oct 30 2012, 09:15 PM) Install Better Battery Stats from xda forum there is an official thread there. Free, donated by the dev to xda community. Alright, I will go to XDA site later to check on this... It will help u find wakelocks which keep the cpus are at 200mhz or more. QUOTE(Reventon @ Oct 30 2012, 09:23 PM) Also go to samsung store download application monitor , easier to understand than better battery stats. I just shut off anything that still running the cpu after exit. Battery stand strong after that. I already installed but I can't seem to locate this from my Note 2.Also, when I tried to tap on "Launch" button in Samsung Apps, it is greyed out. I can't tap on it. I read it is for Honeycombs? Battery died already, just recharged. First time start charging at this hour, usually I will do this before I sleep... This post has been edited by fruitie: Oct 30 2012, 10:04 PM |

QUOTE(mydragoon @ Oct 31 2012, 09:21 AM) Just tap and play. QUOTE(arj @ Oct 31 2012, 10:55 AM) I've used the Liquid Armor for 1.5 weeks already, nothing else covering the screen when the phone goes into my pocket. Screen still looks flawless to my eyes. Looks flawless yes but the screen will not be as smooth as like you just bought that time.Any feedback from other Liquid Armor users? Maybe it's only mine as I have accidentally applied two layers. I applied since the day I got my phone, exactly 2 weeks. |

QUOTE(arj @ Oct 31 2012, 11:35 AM) My screen is still silky smooth OK, got the trick. Will do it again after 6 months.I applied two layers as well, but the key to do it right is to let the first layer fully cure for 24 hours before applying the second layer. No sticky screen here I mean I can still bear with the screen la, still can swipe happily. QUOTE(mydragoon @ Oct 31 2012, 11:38 AM) if its p2p... quite sure u know what that means... someone seeds... someone leeches... probably you were seeding. Hmm. Looks like it doesn't work that way.Anyway, I have deleted the app. Let's see without its presence, how much it can tahan. QUOTE(MT-MT @ Oct 31 2012, 11:43 AM) Female user here, hehehe. i face ur problem for battery performance become worse after one week usage. after setting everything, it drop 8-9% overnight sleep ( 8 r 9 hrs), i m happy with this result however some forummer said they can hit 3-4% drop. but last few night it changed drop to 20+% (incurred 2 nites). I started think bac what different setting i change r what new app i installed cause this changes. Problem maybe the app newly installed which i uninstalled aredi, and another one is charge. i use htc desire hd charge my note 2, the time for charged is longer then samsung charger. Though it hit 100%, i m not sure because of this it drop fast too..as previously my htc battery drop faster is i charged via usb cable thru pc..sorry if my information is wrong since i'm noob in ELECTRICAL POWER etc..jus share my discover. Now it turn bac to normal drop 8% last nite. I'm still in the monitoring stage. Before I slept last night, already fully charged 100% so unplugged it and played for a while before I hit the sack. Downloaded two apps as well and with WiFi running in the background till I'm awake this morning. Dropped only 8%. Considering I have used it before I slept, this is considered good. N i applied the liquid too. so far so good. no scratch at all. Drop from my pocket to ground make me heart paid lucky no scratch incurred. Wonder that is ur screen show finger print? My screen need wipe almost everyday. quite annoying me.. Finger print a bit lo, but I lazy to clean up. Oh ya, next question to all. In which of these situations will actually drain the battery further? 1) GSM/WCDMA (auto mode) 2) WCDMA only As you know DiGi's speed sucks and keeps switching between 3G and H, so I'm not sure if it is a wise idea to choose option 2. QUOTE(XOXOGenN @ Oct 31 2012, 04:58 PM) I saw satu gadget dot com selling at 2120. My sister said the cost she order from avaxx or some big company is 2150. My sister work in lowyat plaza in her own shop. I'm just wondering by they sell cheaper than costing price. Nothing to surprise. I got mine RM 2150 two weeks ago, 2 days before Samsung officially launched it.Yes, SME unit. Already registered e-warranty as well. |

After I killed (uninstalled) PPTV on Tuesday, my battery lasted for 21 hours and 47 minutes before it hit 4%.
My battery is back to normal again. I don't save power juice, everything as it is. Just that earlier my battery juice ran out faster than previously. |

QUOTE(crazyissac @ Nov 1 2012, 11:30 AM) Well, I did mention earlier that I checked on my battery usage (in settings menu) and it showed PPTV was running and ate up 58% of my battery juice. It wasn't enabled and not running in background, still not sure why it was eating my battery juice. Since I seldom use it, then I already uninstalled it. |

QUOTE(crazyissac @ Nov 1 2012, 11:50 AM) What are you talking here? I said it wasn't even running in background, I don't understand why it was shown on the list.. Actively running and hogging 58% of my battery usage. Good for you then. I might reinstall again later just to see if it is still happening to me. QUOTE(mydragoon @ Nov 1 2012, 11:58 AM) Alright, I have not heard of PPSTV, will download tonight at home. QUOTE(crazyissac @ Nov 1 2012, 11:59 AM) i mean mayb ur friends or parents used it to watch drama/movies with pptv while you away from ur phone ? Nobody is using my phone because nobody knows my password. And again I emphasize that it wasn't running in background but it shows PPTV was still active that time and still eating up my battery. When I tried to end my apps, I didn't see PPTV at all. |
