QUOTE(KuLi @ Oct 28 2012, 08:23 PM) In terms of customer service, Samsung is nothing compared to Apple. Actually, Note 1 is listed amongst devices that will get JB. Even S2 was listed. For example, note1 cannot get JB officially. http://amanz.my/2012/09/samsung-berkongsi-...4-1-jelly-bean/ |

QUOTE(KuLi @ Oct 28 2012, 05:09 PM) do not do that. android app developers depend on the ads to generate income. android users are not willing to pay a single sen for apps due to various reasons, and piracy is rampant. so they depend on ads to "cari makan". if u disable it, in the near term, android will die. I do however throw my support for paid apps that is good. I buy, and use the 15 minutes grace period to evaluate. If I like it, it stays. If not, I ask for refund and seek for better alternatives. I dont mind paying for good apps if it means no ads. This post has been edited by emino: Oct 28 2012, 08:41 PM |

QUOTE(benny888 @ Oct 30 2012, 08:44 PM) The STAR report on the stolen Note 2 handphones. Any of you guys know these people/company in lowyat ? Thank god Aunty Wong is not involved. QUOTE: Also charged were handphone sales agents Au Chee Wan, 23, and Sim Ka Fai, 24, who were accused with disposing 88 units of the smartphones by selling it to four individuals respectively at CTel Communication and Uni Generation Trading at Plaza Low Yat in Bukit Bintang. Three more individuals, Ng Chee Kiat, 31, Hueng Fook Chyeong, 43, and Tan Yee Seng, 23, were charged with having in their possessing 39 of the stolen smartphones at various locations in Seremban and Puchong. I love that auntie in Lowyat Plaza. Very chatty and friendly. Always there in her tiny booth, jarang gila cuti due to the fact she still have to pay rent kalau dia cuti. Recently her longtime partner swindled some of the business money and runaway. So kesian. This post has been edited by emino: Oct 30 2012, 08:49 PM |

I can never show my screenshots of my battery usage to you guys, because I tend to freak out easily when my battery are below 70% and take out my chargers already.

QUOTE(nicregi @ Oct 31 2012, 07:58 AM) Go to telco complain about the sim card problem. You might get free. If not, just pay a small fee. Nornally mobile shops has that free for buyers. They can help you cut but if allignment a bit not right, might cause signal issue. Step 1: Open Youtube.Step 2: "How to cut sim cards into micros sim" Step 3: DO IT. Simple. Mine is done that way. |

QUOTE(sai86 @ Oct 31 2012, 01:53 PM) TeamViewer. Use it all the time. Of course you'll need to install the client at PC first. Even install a client on my mum's laptop so that I can help her with her troubles (like last time she accidentally disables touchpad and doesnt have access to a mouse. If you fancy a paid one, I heard LogMeIn is pretty good. This post has been edited by emino: Oct 31 2012, 01:57 PM |

QUOTE(nicregi @ Oct 31 2012, 10:47 PM) SyncMe Wireless. A free app, but some feature are paid. I dont remember what, but I like it enough to pay. Edit: Okay, I dug up the info from the app page. QUOTE There are four premium (payed) features in this app: 1) Schedule with router 2) Weekly schedule 3) Exclude directories and files from sync. 4) Wake PC before sync. Each one of them is approximately 1$. One time ~3$ donation covers them all and any future premium feature. This post has been edited by emino: Oct 31 2012, 10:55 PM |

Sometimes I wonder why you guys buy big phone with nice battery, screen and connectivity just to turn them all off so that your phone would last more than 24 hours.
It's not like within that time period you dont have access to USB ports or power plugs to charge your phone. Me, I plan to enjoy my phone. From running music videos, to unlimited browsing, playing with apps, to reading e-Books and draw shits and watch movies and tv series with bluetooth connected to my headset. All while getting notifications from all necessary apps, messages and emails. If within 10-24 hours you wont have access to charging method then I would understand la.
