download mode can go in..thats where i manage to reflash the stock rom...but still, when screen timeout, no way to activate it back other than reboot (long press on power button-very long till bootloader screen pop up)

QUOTE(antt00 @ Oct 30 2012, 11:20 PM) Unroot and take to service center and ask them why. about UV/OC - i did download Antutu and romtoolbox to play around for a while. but i thought by flashing stock rom, whatever setting should go away right?Since you already back at stock rom n kernel and had already factory reset, this should not be happening. BTW you not doing any UV or OC right. |

QUOTE(waveweaver @ Oct 31 2012, 12:44 AM) Yeap..this time try do factory reset via dialler code before you do another stock firmware flashing. I almost flash that PIT file to note2...lucky didn'tGood luck bro what i did via odin.. 1. flash bootloader 2. PDA 3. Phone 4. CSC and i suspect...it was the bootload and phone that's giving problem. now my screen timeout issue solved...phew Added on October 31, 2012, 2:36 amfor some reason, that hard reset via dialer doesn't seems to work for me... *2767*3855# right? QUOTE(waveweaver @ Oct 31 2012, 07:35 AM) Last time when you root..did you use Chenglu zip files dated before 12/10/2012..? And if you do..did you flash Chainfire patch fix as Chenglu root before the said date will break you cache partition. when i first root, i use TOOLKIT V1.0 from xda forum there. experimenting with differ custom rom as below (in order)1. Android Revolution HD3.0 2. Triangle Away - checking out the flash counter only, no reset done 3. Perseus Kernel 2.5 4. Swapping external SD Card as Internal memory 5. Reflash Android Revolution HD3.0 (with full wipe of course) 6. Rom Toolbox Lite - experimenting the cpu speed 7. Test Asphalt 7 - found it laggy as compared to point 1 (HD3 without swapping) 8. Remove swapping, reflash HD3, and here where screen timeout issue started to kicks in... |
