SHOULDER
( A PAIR OF 10KG DUMBELL )
BACK - ONE ARM DB ROW 10 REPS
CHEST - CLAPPING PUSHUP 10 REPS
SHOULDER - STANDING DB PRESS 10 REPS
BICEPS - DB CURLS ( ALT ) 10 REPS
TRICEPS - TRICEPS EXT 20 REPS
TRAPS - SHRUGS 20 REPS


ABS
SIDE LIE TOE TOUCH - 20 REPS
TOE TOUCHES - 20 REPS
PLANK - 1 MINS


ALL X 1 ( only can do this much atm )
EVERYDAY B4 SLEEP


CURRENT WEIGHT = 64 KG
