Guys, how can i build my dh with only 20m? what stats to prioritize ?

The sad fact is you can't.

depends on which act and what mp lvl you want to farm/progress on..

Thats 20M most probably will let you farm on MP0-MP1

y u no keep dh items previously while farming? everything from scratch 20mil quite glass cannon nya...

TS already has an existing DH.

with full buff w/ SS at approximately, 230k dps....and a dual socket manticore..

that DH is freshly build YTD with 60mil budget. And congrats to TS in completing inferno with DH! Next: WD??
