i alredi flashed my wrt54g v3.1 to v23_generic.bin, but i couldnt login, even after entering username root and password admin.

need some help here

nvm...i hv just got it! need to hard reset it.

Questions :

1) Can i then upgrade it to v23.vpn.generic.bin?

2) Is there any performance effect to it?

3) If yes, is it possible to downgrade to mini ?

my router runs dwrt, but now for a reason, i want to use back original firmware.

Can anyone advice the location of latest original firmware i can download?

i hv found it, went to linksys.com website, but actually a US version
