I want to confirm a situation here to see if I'm the only one who has this problem or not. Could you check your WAN IP address in the router and see if you get the correct IP address range that assigned to TMNET example, 60.xx, 219.xx etc etc. If you're assigned with correct IP, pls try to reboot (NOT power cycle) the router once and check the IP again.
My senario (WRT54GL v1.1, DD-WRT v23 SP2 (09/15/06) std), every time after a reboot I'll get a wrong IP address and wrong Gateway IP assigned to me. Do you guys ever get 224.239.174.42 as your WAN IP and Gateway IP?
Online test will show that I have a usual TMnet IP (60.53.xx.xx) but in the router status page both my IP and Gateway are using the same IP address that is 224.239.174.42. The situation render my portforward useless. This can be fix by power cycle the router and if I do a reboot/save setting again, the wrong IP will be assign to me once more.
The only thing that fix this (except power cycle) is to enable rp-pppoe. Do you guys enable this option on the setup page?
Thanks.
