Upgrade the linksys firmware will void the warranty?? I never heard of this until I went to the shop after my linksys router internet port and LAN 1-2 port became unuseable after a thunder storm strikes my modem.. Anyone can help out with this issue?

The shopper told me that the factory even can detect it after we reflash back to the original firmware, wondering how they detect it. If I flash it many times dunno they can detect it or not, tempting to overwrite the flash memory inside. I did it twice just now.. No problem.

My house router experiences frequent hang due to maximum active IP connection reached, suspect my housemates download BT, but cannot trace it.. Any way to collect evidence so that they will shut their mouth off? And any way to limit / block P2P download just for them?

the rflow collector works fine for me except for the bandwidth monitor for each and every user where it shows nothing there. someone pls help.
