why bother get GS while you can get GL???

i use GL... anyway..with DDWRT..the GS fuction is turn off..

THe GS is just Linksys BS to get more of thier product sell..

how??

to get the Booster capabalities.. need the NIC card or Wireless Adapter that have the GS function also..

Why DDWRT??? coz it boast the RM200 to be working like RM3000 router.

SO why bother the GS..

im a GS v4 user..n i wish i just buy a G or GL version... wasted RM80 for thos Extra S.

RM210 for GL... this is is a price i got from Stygyx Melaka.
i think bulk can give better price than that.

My DDWRT are working well.. ermm let me see
this 1 is just 6 days up.

still kicking and keep on BT more than 5.

the most stable i ever had.

Ok, it's at
Keep Alive: Redial Period [20] Sec.
Client Lease Time [1440] Minutes

Ok, here is another question, I am using BitComet to download torrent files, on my Status tab, Router sub-tab, I see this;

Active IP Connections 481 at 93% on the bar

Is this normal? Can I open more connections to speed up my download?
ANOTHER Q:
At the same time, when I look at my Wireless Network Connection Status, I come to realized that my Packets Sent is more than my Packets Received, that's normal because I'm sharing my torrent very regularly, uploading more than downloading BUT my question is why is my Packets Received moving SO TOO SLOWLY, like everytime the number changes, its only a difference of ~50. Last 3 digits has been going, 730 ---> 771 --> 823, like that.

yeap.. bout the IP connection... u can open it to full.. like me.. after i open it max.. 12 pc torrent last time.. no problem at all.

the blue cable used to connect from router's internet port to modem 's ethernet port...is it straight or cross? (dunno how to read the wire color)
*
pair both end of the rj45 side by side..
if the color at both rj45 are in the same arrangement.. its straight.
if not..its cross.

anyway. u also can use the cable tester to see rather its cross or not.

and lastly..if im not mistaken.. WRT have the auto MDX thingy that can change the polarity of any cable u use..

where it will swap to straight setting if u suppose use the straightr cable.
