My ipad not show the new terms and conditions statement when"before you can proceed you must read and accept the new terms and conditions" after click ok option.
My iPad only restore the AppStore screen to smaller.and this happen again for all the app that I choose to install.

Pls:my iPad is JB and install quasar.
any body facing this problem？
