Date of transaction: 18:31:22, 23rd October 2012

Details of the complaint : He offered to me those games. I (stupidly) agreed to pay online although i know he is still newbie He promised to send the next day morning 24th October 2012 but turned out cannot since he is still waiting for others to pay to him before he could go to the post office to make all of the delivery (very irresponsible. promise but no action ). Then i scolded him and asked him to make the delivery that night 24th October 2012 so that i can still receive the item on 25th October 2012 because i'm afraid if he made the delivery on 25th October 2012, i would not be around to retrieve the item on 26th October 2012. And that if he cannot make the delivery, i need to cancel the deal and ask for refund. And he proved once again to me that he couldn't meet my request. So, i cancelled the deal and asked for refund at 10pm 24th October 2012. But, up till now still no words from him. I tried calling him just now still no answers. He even closed all of his other threads:

I'm still giving him time until noon, but afraid that someone else might be trick by him again in this period of time, i thought of posting this matter. Although money involved in this transaction is just a small amount of only rm120, but i do hope that no more lowyatians will be tricked by him. In fact i still believe that he will not cheat on me. Come on, only rm120 why so desperate to cheat.

I think he cheated somebody else before, check post #69, seems like that MR. Azman is victim as well.

i knew it... he talked like a promising deal and he offered me quite low price and I almost got cheated by him, but lucky I planned to COD and then he dont want to give his handphone number and keep asking me to meet him at Times Square or Viva Mall and due to busy I planned to do it on tomolo or weekend and who knows someone reported him adi, so i think deal cancel... Anyway i not sure it will come to any help, but I will post my chat log here for u.

the acount holder name looks like a business name. maybe a shop or something. suggest you make a police report.

maybe the conman used your money to fund his purchase from the shop. after you lodge police report, try to detect where is seven skynet located. maybe can work from there..

Well too bad i also another victim that cheat by this fellow,rm80 also cant be deliver refund and no intention to reply me too. Forgot to tell i was trying to buy lollipop chainsaws ps3 from him.
