which is the best and fastest way to move ALL the stuff - apps, files and medias, from iPad3 to iPad4?

Backup to iTunes, connect ipad 4 to iTunes, restore.

even for non-apps stuff like pdf or office documents, powerpoint presentations, pictures and home movies?

This is what I know.

As long as those files e.g pdf, ppt are inside your apps for e.g Adode Reader, backup backs-up even the files inside. At least that is how I think my previous backup worked.

I believe "app data" is what you're talking about.

Impossible he got it already since pre-orders in the US just started today. Probably he is planning to get one in a near future. Before the world ends at December 2012 that's it

me making advance planning mah.
