QUOTE(Vageena @ Oct 24 2012, 02:23 PM) It makes sense...I thought running a long distance needs water bottle Car key oso is something to carry right? so actually "runner" is the one who jogs, so you can park your car, get down and run without carrying any items I used to be jogger, now I am runner d lo.. QUOTE(detectivedonuts @ Oct 28 2012, 05:25 PM) hey guys, how was ur run today? i ran the pacm back to basic. it was my 1st run for above 21km distance. but due to the injury i sustain during bsn pnm (hm), i did a lot of walking. finished 4:29:15 Sorry to hear dat, I think u probably won't recover in time for PBIM. It took me 2months for my last injury, but I still could run at slower pace during that time. R u on heel strike? I m running mid & forefoot, it helps reduce knee injury.Added on October 29, 2012, 10:39 am QUOTE(rellik_yzarc @ Oct 29 2012, 09:54 AM) Hi guys, Some ppl need one some need two it depends on individual. U got to try and see.I need some advice on enerygy gels. I signed up for the PBIM HM and have run the 21.3km twice during training and I feel like I need some energy for the last half of the run. When and how much should I consume the gels? Any recommended gels? Thanks! For me I think running more on hill and tempo make one stronger, no gel can help me on 2nd half negative split. QUOTE(DunkerZboy @ Jan 7 2013, 01:30 PM) If u just need monitor distance, instant pace and elevation, Forerunner 10 is good choice, cheap, quite accurate comparable to 610 but without HRM, best only RM460 best price I heard. |

QUOTE(DunkerZboy @ Jan 7 2013, 01:48 PM) lasting only 5 hours? i thinks that is not good choice. its okay for me if no HRM since its troublesome to wear it for every running session. True oso, ppl oso got many cars, one use for taxi kids to school everyday, one for show off on big event, the other use for long distance cuti cuti Malaysia..
