Come join the Tadonamo Triathletes for a fun run-bike-run brick in preparation for the Malakoff Powerman Duathlon!

Cost: RM10 per person. Last date to confirm and pay is 25 October 2012.
Briefing by Ellya: 6.45 am
Start Time for Run: 7 am
Start Time for Bike: 8 am SHARP (Note: This will be a no-drop group ride for safety reasons)

Distance: Run-Bike-Run options of 5.5-32/64-5.5km

Route: The Powerman Route.

Refreshments: Water, ice, isotonic, Watermelon, Banana (Everyone is welcome to contribute snacks and drinks too!).

Refreshment Stations: Carpark at the Palace of Justice. Support car on Bike Ride will also provide refreshment

SAFETY: Need 3 volunteer safety cars for support, sweeping and safety at several points along the bike route. Volunteers will receive tm10 for gas smile.gif

1) Short pants
2) sleeveless or singlet
3) water bottle?? no need la...can tahan
4) mobile phone, most time dint bring. if bring will put in a pouch, if bring without pouch will wrap it with plastic bag and hold it...lol
5) wallet, never bring. Just bring ic and RM10( Travel light)

this is subjective to each person. depend on your comfortable level.
some runners no need to bring such things.

as myself, i tried running with carrying water bottle. end up i throw it away. too disturbing as i tempt to keep on drink the water.

wallet? do u really need to carry it?

if i run in park, i will bring a bottle down and put beside the route tat i run, so everytime turn back i got water. If LSD bring money enough, got 7-11 or petrol station for u smile.gif

Actually, some athletes or websites will differentiate between a runner & a jogger...

Jogging is like.. running easily, having conversation, enjoying the scenery, stopping to take pics, etc...

Running is more like serious sport, gasping for air, do or die efforts ... things like that...

U can't define it that way,"one who jogs, so you can park your car, get down and run without carrying any items"... if tht person carry items, cannot call runner anymore ? Not that it matters, just dun want to mislead anybody....
