Yes, Ipad 4 is using A6X processor.

For those who just bought new ipad, i think can try talk to apple store see whether can get a free exchange or not.

5 reasons not to buy ipad mini
1) Low resolution, only same as ipad 2 which launch about 2 years ago.
2) Higher price if comapare to other 7 ince tablet.
3) Ipad mini 2 might come as fast as ipad 4
4) A5 processor which is again same as ipad 2 which launch about 2 years ago.
5) Window 8 RT is coming strong.
