Thanks guys..
I'm using Air Cooling Gigabyte G-Power Pro @ Max RPM. My Venice not good enough, so i have to raise vcore to make this processor stable. This TEAM cost me 150 US$ for 1 GB Kit...i think cheap enough for TCCD chips.
