I managed to persuade the EMobile salesperson at Yodobashi Akihabara Tokyo to release to me the official ASUS Nexus 7 dock made by ASUS! From Yodobashi online website, release date is pegged at 11 December 2012, but he quietly picked stock from storage and slipped it into my already bulging shopping bag so that he won't get reprimanded if anyone founds out he broke street release date.

That fits length wise not width wise. Nexus 7 will be on landscape. Isn't that what you wanna watch your movie like? It uses the 3 contact points on the side of the Nexus 7 as charger and piping audio out.

This is the world's first. Not even the tech blogs has seen this dock yet. ASUS Official Nexus 7 Dock!


The dock only works once your Nexus 7 is updated to 4.2.
