hi guys, i sent in my Nexus 7 to lowyat ASUS centre last thurs, n until now stil no respond....shud i call or email n ask?(wondering if i call n ask, they will feel i m troublesome customer that keep rush them n hence, no check my unit properly).

oh okok~~coz when i sent in, the guy say i can take back in 3-5 working days....n i thought at least they will update me dat they need more time to check my unit....but until now no any sound from them @@

anyone noe the phone number for ASUS centre in lowyat? i tried to email them n asked...they replied me with this number 03-21100842 ....but i called 2 days non stop but no people answering my call @@
i had sent my N7 for almost 2 weeks....n no people is calling me to pick up my unit zzzzzzz

i facing a problem....i dont know how to restore my data using titanium backup.....i fully backup everything using titanium backup, n copy the whole older into my laptop...den i sent my device to repair, n i get it back today...n i still dont know how to restore the TB folder....

i tried to install back the TB....but it cant detect my TB folder...what shud i do T.T

is it mean that...i dl the TB...den put the TB folder into my device? i tried it, still cant detect, when i wan to restore mising apps, it show zero @@

yes, the folder name is TitaniumBackup....n inside the folder, all were zipped file. so i juz copy the whole folder n paste into my N7, but when i tried as wat u said juz now (detect the folder place), it show cant detect folder. n the "restore missing apps+data" also showing zero @@

yes, i select whole device to detect....n i also using original TB (bought it using the fre USD25).

i tried to uninstall 2 to 3 times, n reinstall, no difference @@

so wat shud i do now T.T

to add on, i tried to backup a few new apps, n i cant c the TB folder inside my N7, but after i restart, i can c the folder, but i cant c the files inside, but the "restore apps+ data" got show the file to restore @@

btw, is the diff android versiomn affect? i backup the previous 1 on 4.1.1, n yest after i get back my N7, i straight update to 4.2.1

realy troublesome...yest juz got my N7 back....they change my battery n motherboard...but after i sent in...my screen got cracking sound, n i ned to go again next sat to replace the screen zzzzzz

tonite i will try to figure out my TB prob, hopefully i can solve it @@

i saw the item inside the shop, most thing under rm100 de....some rm99 -.-

hey bro~i juz facing same prob as u~~mine dead around 13%....n the prob will disapear few days after u factory reset, but will come back after few days -.-

so i sent mine to repair, n they changed my battery n motherboard for me....currently still testing whether this prob disapeared in my unit....

so an advice for u~~send it to repair asap~~the guy told me dat this is a rare case @@

guys, i wanna ask about the stickmount...is it having bug now? i m using android 4.2.1.... sometimes can read my usb, sometimes cant. read the comment in the stickmount page, some ppl oso cannot read..is this normal?

i tried...now even cant mount the usb -.-
ppl commenting its a bug...n the developer will solve it =S
