Rumors is that the price of 16 GB N7 will be at 8GB price and 32 GB at 16 GB price..
So if they want to compare it will be 32GB N7 at $250 (Malaysia maybe RM999) and Ipad mini 16GB at $329( Malaysia maybe at RM 1010). Beside the size of ipad mini is 7.9"  But it all the depends on the services you want to use. Like me, I rely heavily on my gmail and gdrive to do my work. So N7 is my choice.
