32 gb wifi is listed as out of stock on newegg =( Was planning to get 1 after the black friday is over

I suggest you dont buy the 16gb 1 cause few days back both 32 gb and 16 gb were both listed at same price.

Just gotten my N7 from newegg. I then proceed to install 4.2.1 OTA. I did notice there was a slight delay in switch between landscape and portrait. Unsure if this happens after the OTA or after I installed Swiftkey.

Try discharging it fully by running some video of while you're not using it. Then charge it with n7 turned off until it's full. This may seem unnecessary, but when my n7 had its first charge, it stopped at 97% and wouldn't charge further. I so I drained it all down and the 2nd charge brought it to 100.

Awesome,been setting up papers and items under the n7 lol. no casing yet

you can go into settings in mxplayer to enable more options for hw codec. Not sure hw or software is more efficient or better

Anyone using the Tri Fold Candy case/cover thats being sold in almost every garage sale thread in LYN?

Dont like it because the quality is bad or you preferred different type of cover/casing?

Guys, what do you think of this casing Ebay? Thinking of getting it. It holds the N7 like a case instead of adhesie, features a stand and doesn't seem to bulky. It also has a hand strap

Anyone else using your N7 naked? My N7 gonna turn 1 week old, and its still naked lol.

I've been using both dice and MX player for watching movies. WHile I was trying out Dice player on a 720p movie, with the default settings, the sound became 'robotic'. I notice that happen for a several split seconds while I was playing Mass Effect too.

However playing the same video on MX player with h/w + codec, seems fine. I hope its not the speaker's problem.

The moment I've been dreading for, My N7 has no issues of screen lifting and other issues that were reported BUT I discovered theres a circle line on the display glass somewhere towards the bottom which is only visible when the screen is off and easily visible under the certain angle.

Doesn't look like a scratch, cant feel it with the skin on my fingers, but when I covered my finger with a microfibre cloth and using my finger nail to feel it, I could feel the 'line'. Haih, these 2 days I thought it was just fingerprints smear, but it isn't, its a perfect circle.

Thinking if I should request for exchange by newegg or going to Asus. Tried to take picture, but couldn't due to the screen being reflective. Should I ask newegg?

Hmm, found out from xda, some users had similiar issue. Some perfect circle like mine, some has weird shapes. Well they did was to wipe it completely clean then apply screen protector over it thus not noticeable anymore.

Was trying on the Tv Series Arrow. It was smooth just had occasional voice turns robotic voice. Will try again later.

I agree with Cynox, unless pricing is main factor then just go ahead and get the N7. You might need to find office suite apps that are suitable to your work & study uses. I ain't sure of any medical apps that could be beneficial yet practical for your uni but I do randomly come across some medical apps on the playstore. Maybe before you buy, you could go to google playstore on the web and see if there are apps that will be beneficial to you compared to iOS?

Went to PC fair to survey ultrabook for friiend, thinking I could also look for N7 case/cover. Mehhh, none available but I did saw Otterbox booth, the guy mentioned that estimated 3 weeks their retail outlet in Timesquare will have N7 defender series

HAha yeah you're right. I guess I'll just order from online sites or Garage Sales.

Dropped by Lowyat last night, walked in to that Hotspot shop selling Nexus devices and some other stuff. Realised they have a dedicated shelf for N7, I was like YES finally dedicated shelf for N7 accessories.

But man, the price was crazy. The blurex cover was like Rm129, some hardcover diary-book-look alike RM199 ! Crazy Garage sales only RM80+ but no stock

Do you anywhere selling in retail or online? Otterbox booth at pc fair said estimated arrival 3 weeks.
