I think the iPod Touch and the iPad Mini will have different markets to cater for. The Touch is much more portable comparatively and has Retina Display. But if you think in terms of value for money in that you are getting a bigger display (but no Retina) for almost the same price or slightly more expensive, then it's a different story. All depends. Like my niece (teenager), I don't think she would want to lug around a 7.9 inch tablet when she is out with friends or shopping. Or if you are the type who likes to strap on something small for music while jogging or exercising at the gym... how to strap on a Mini! Of course, ideally, I am sure people wouldn't mind having BOTH the Touch and the Mini! LOL!

But yeah, current iPad 3 owners really must be feeling "tulan" right now. Their only comfort would be at least all of the docking accessories out there still works with their iPad 3 without any bulky adapter!

Yes and I still am not moved. You asked for feedback and I gave you mine. You don't have to take mine as an absolute. If someone can't live without the convenience of a rear camera, by all means there's other alternatives. However that convenient camera that you may or may not use, is one of the reasons why N7 is way cheaper than other tablets while still sporting high scores on practical operation benchmark.

I know it's awesome to have a device that can do everything you want to. But lets be realistic and ask yourself what do you really want to do with a tablet on a daily basis?

N7 is an awesome device as it is and the above fills in every requirement I needed in a tablet. As I said earlier the only nagging issue is the lack of space, which I've solved with a fileserver. Basically my big files is to watch movies while I shit. So yeah

Surprisingly, newegg just send email saying that they shipped my 32gb nexus 7. They gave me a tracking number but did not mentioned which delivery company they were using. So, anybody who got their item from newegg by delivery, what company that they used?

Wow, today I was very busy and did not use my tablet at all.
When I checked, still 100% battery. Amazing, it must've have a very nice nap, talk about deep sleep. Wifi Skype and sync was on the whole time.

i easily got that same amount of result too so its kinda average of standby performance we all should get. Wifi on, GPS on, sync all are on.

Ok la i guess. I got 95 left. But then again its standby bro, dont mind too much. I prefer to have better life when using it. Used to get 5 hours 45 min screen on time on first discharge. Quite happy with this device's battery.
