Try this no, 03-21480827, between 8am - 5pm. It will be answered by machine and with few menu, it will direct us to the technician, and we can ask the status of our device. I've used this 4 months back, when I sent my TF there.i had sent my N7 for almost 2 weeks....n no people is calling me to pick up my unit zzzzzzz
