Planning to sell off my iPad 3 for this 7 inch beauty.

Is the screen reso good enough? (comparable to iPad 2nd gen?)

Retina display is good, but it's so heavy and big that I only use it when I'm bored and can't bring it around too much.

^ In terms of resolution and PPI, it's better than the iPad2 and iPad Mini. In terms of color fidelity and gamut, it's not exactly best in class but still good enough, imho.

Alright. Got a quotation from newegg malaysia for RM 821 incl. shipment fee. Wondering how long delivery will take though, because I do rely on a tablet for internet access during college hours.

How about the digitizing problems I've heard some reviewers complaint about? Apparently some users experienced the device detecting gestures when there isn't etc.

Try this: http://www.service.asus.com/#!Tablet%20Warranty/ctzm OR http://www.service.asus.com/warranty.aspx#...20Warranty/ctzm

Of course, the links above are applicable for the N7 bought in the USA only

ahh I see, so Malaysia's eligible for it?

Don't feel like waiting for 2 weeks without a tablet, I can't rely on my smartphone for my webbrowsing needs and what not.

A noob question about android though, is it possible for me to store some apps in a usb pendrive and swap it for the apps I currently have on the tablet via an OTG cable? 16GB doesn't seem like alot...

Are apps in android more storage heavy compared to apple?

So how do you guys solve your memory problems? Can you put apps in a USB flash drive or smth? or do you have to use a speicifc program to do it (like darn Apple)?

thanks. downloading em now.

Should I get screen protector? kinda hard to slide...

Any links to start reading on flashing and rooting? I wanna know how they work and what they do first, since I was warned by the seller that some people might put ROM's with viruses/spyware inside offering free apps etc.

Ugh got a sp installed, but the shop keeper cut it from a Galaxy tab 7.7 SP. To make matters worst, there's a small speck of dust with some moisture that I missed when checking at the store.

Any idea where to get a new one for installation near PJ ss2 area? Digital mall all no stock
