Added on November 26, 2012, 7:58 amFor rm430 seriously how much you can save using others? Probably less than a hundred . Is it worth it using other 3rd party
Is considered cheap considering other tablets you are looking at rm600+ region
Yea... Very cheap. 7" IPS screen cheaper than Galaxy Nexus 4.65" SA HD screen

OKay thanks for the info. So you are saying AP set for Nexus 7 is covered for everything, and warranty claim can be done at the local Asus service centres. If that's the case, will there be an "original" Nexus 7, since there won't be any difference between an AP and original set.
Don't have time to go through all the pages of this thread. I normally just go to the last page.
So for Samsung AP set is not recommended.
Cheers.
In fact, it shouldn't be called AP because AP set means the warranty is provided solely by AP Company.
Those sellers just bring them in. Of course defect upon arrival/purchase he must let ppl exchange else warranty is claimed from Asus itself. So... You should call it... Maybe Nexus 7 Ori US Set

most likely can, since Singapore N7 3G users also bought it from US. Singapore 3G is the same as ours. But dun take my words for it.
btw, how can we check the 1 year warranty period start from when? Or Google will detect it once we fire up the device the very first time and auto-register it.

By referring to GSMARENA spec sheet, Nexus 7 is pentaband, in fact most of the newer cell phone is using pentaband which is:
2G Network GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900
3G Network HSDPA 850 / 900 / 1700 / 1900 / 2100
It's not like the old times where there's 2 version of cell phone for different region.
BUT!!! LTE still channel specific, according to region. The further the development goes, soon you'll see phones that covers all band for LTE then LTE phone become international usable version

Nexus 7 tak ada LTE, only 3G
