Erm... In fact... Holding Galaxy Nexus (4.65"), 137g (I think) is also tiring. Actually it's not the weight that matter but is the 'pose'. You can do that repetitively with ease (take up put down take up put down) but not keeping same 'pose' for long time. Time to train your finger muscle

Nandroid is like an image of your phone state at the point of backup.
It includes whole ROM + apps + user data (not your external media like pictures, songs etc. Referring to Apps data) + recovery.img + baseband etc
When you do a full restore from Nandroid, it returns your phone/tablet to the state when you did the backup.

You get what I mean??

Btw, you can choose to restore only certain part of nandroid then that is different case

If you want free one, try file expert. With pc you can access either through browser or setup FTP and use FTP. FTP is 100000% more stable than using browser (HTTP) in my opinion
