AFAIK the semen is rich with proteins, so whenever you masturbates you lose lots of proteins. Hence, all workout training are vain.

I don't know if my facts are right but even if you don't ejaculate semen, your sperms will still die after 2-3 days. The wasted protein doesn't get recycled so it doesn't have any effect.

Not mistaken, ur body doesnt store protein. If not used, it just goes to waste.

never thought of question like this hahaha...
but i gave a search.. .found there are ppl actually concern about it http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=506842&page=1 one of them telling ... "Put it in your shake for added protein" then there is no waste Logical answer is Your body has already used the protein to produce the semen, it's not like it stole it from your muscle or anything. And even if you don't "use it" it won't benefit you in anyway because it will just eventually be broken down my the liver and made into urea which you then piss out. There's no way you can use that protein for building muscle, so you may as well enjoy yourself with it. |

Does masturbation cause weakness or fatigue resulting in poor performance in sport ? Cause based on wat i read very long time ago, masturbating or having sex on a day you gonna work out is gonna significantly reduce your stamina or something ..... Sorry dont remember the source .. It causes you to get sleepy, because some kind of hormone is released, I forgot what it's called.
Sex is also very hard physical labour, no matter how enjoyable it is. That's why we breathe hard, sweat alot and stuff. Muscles tense up like they're subjected to heavy loads, heart pumping over 110 beats/min, it's as if you're doing the 100m sprint. It gets worst for those long lasting ones...and 2-3 or more "sets" per session. |

Idk, not fapping let me lift heavier *serious I know they all say does not effect on bodybuilding whatsoever, but from my personal view it really affected me not by huge but by more semangat and able to lift extra.
