100 Vit bonus is good bcos u are low on vit.. btw for Inna pants, u really need that "slow on hit"? bcos u can get Inna with resist/armor/vit..also u need to increase ur CC.. u loose a lot cc from ammy, helm and bracer. maybe u need to replace your both ring (unless u need that set bonus)... get rare rings with 2 of these IAS, CC, CD + avg damage..
