LOL i think note big battery will meet your expectation. I learn to not let battery bother me, just have a charger around so i can enjoy my device.

yalo only 1 cable, all company wanna save cost. but any usb cable will do if u wanna connect to pc. i am still using my sgs2 usb cable with the note2.

It will scratch if the foreign material is hard enough. Example sand. SP is just a precaution. If you use those flip cover then i guess u wont need SP.

Long pressing home button could turn device off. Or loose battery contact.

Swipe lockscreen can also be unlocked accidentally. But I have no idea how u can accidentally unlock password.

That i already know. Been flashing roms for years. Most difference is done with kernel and script not the rom unless you are refering to alternative roms like aosp.

Only good from custom rom is they are mainly deodex which allows for easier theming. If you want to give your phone a fresh look go for custom roms with new look. If you wanna improve your phone performance or batt look for kernel and scripts to tweak.

That said, the size of rom for note 2 is really a turn off for frequent flasher like me.

I am using waze. Need data but got added advantage especially if u travel around klang Valley.

As joytest stated, waze allow user to input info about the traffic such as roadblock, accident, roadworks, camera trap, jam, etc. Also its map is not that bad just lacking poi. That said, waze is not really a safe app to use. It may have its good intentions but can cause accidents if the driver concentrate on giving info instead of driving.
