Guys, for those purchase from Maxis and haven't done the e warranty, here is the steps to follow.

**Maxis will not do it for us. So, we have to register ourselves.

1) scan the puchase receipt and the agreement ( showing the IMEI of the phone )
2) email to ewarranty.sme@samsung.com with the infor below

I have done mine yesterday and received the SMS confirmation today.
