I didnt thought of this before but my wife got her NoteII with a magnetic flip case.. now the S-pen wont work on the small circle on the screen where the magnet is placed when closed the flip case..

so i recommend everyone dont buy case with magnet flap to close the flip case.. it will damage the S-pen sensor on that particular area..
