Yea, those captains always follow orders by captain-commander. No wonder Aizen betray them. Can't go here and there because need to defend SS. And I don't think those captains really strong, except for Byakuya and Kenpachi

Plus shinigamis can't gain anymore power because of their limitation, rule, etc. Gain more power like gaining hollow power, resulting to a criminal, exiled from SS and so on. This is where Vizard came from. I'm starting to think that Uruhara is some sort of another Vizard as well.
