i think privaron espada is just testing ichigo strength and as well teaching him a lesson,i bet the privaron espada wanted to allied himself with ichigo,if he is worthy enough.and yes,i don't think he is working for aizen,i think he is just an espada that was cast out from the rank for any reason(maybe from betraying Aizen).

Also please note his number which is 103(the previous 3rd espada?),if that is true it means he is in the same league as ulquiorra....

Actually it is not like they(SS) don't want to go to hueco mundo,it just that they can't, unless they utilize the gate urahara created....
