If kenpachi pwn noitora, does that mean when ulquoirra comes back from whatever dimension that he was imprisoned in, he will be pwned by ulquoirra instead?

How does the shinigami captains react when they discovered ichigo has harnessed the power of hollow and turned himself as a half hollow/half shinigami hybrid? (As you know, shinigami and hollow are eternal enemies right?)

i thought that halibel (the big boobs espada) is the 3rd espada, the skinny guy is the 2nd espada and the old man is the first..so far we knew quite a bit about the skinny guy and halibel..but nothing on the old man..
